Atlante surveyed and made accessible the assets of Roma Capitale, integrating structural, documentary and maintenance data into a single ecosystem based on REFTree, with a public front-end map and interoperable processes.
Many PAs still manage their assets with paper archives and non-integrated systems; the 70% of municipalities suffers from outdated data and slow processes. Atlas was created to bridge the gap with a certified database and digital services.
Reconnaissance of non-digitalised assets, verification and data completion.
Efficiency, interoperability, transparency, integration with third-party systems.
For internal/external users and public access to information.
Atlas Adopts REFTree as a single platform for the management patrimonial, operational and maintenance, based on a centralised database and on the Dashboarding Hub for monitoring KPIs. The architecture integrates portals and digital services dedicated to both internal offices and citizens, thus enabling transparent processes and access to up-to-date information. Thanks to the integrations with existing systems, the platform dialogues interoperably with the organisation's databases, avoiding duplication, reducing errors and ensuring operational continuity.
It started with a thorough reconnaissance of data, processes and infrastructure existing, with the aim of defining a roadmap realistic and shared. This phase made it possible to identify priorities, estimate workloads and outline the necessary additions.
The data taxonomy, the organisational model To-Be and the criteria of software selection. The result is a flow design that harmonises responsibilities, timeframes and tools throughout the entire life cycle of the assets.
At this stage, the data migration and activation of modules Asset, Property and Facility of REFTree, together with the portals and the app operational. Where useful, components were introduced AI-driven to automate repetitive tasks (classifications, document extractions, operational suggestions).
It was defined as a service catalogue oriented towards internal and external users (assessments, concessions, due diligence, estimates, processes ERP), with service levels and traceability of statuses to ensure quality and timing.
The release was accompanied by functional testing, training for the offices involved and operational manuals. Post-start support ensured full absorption of processes and stabilisation of indicators.
The project included the reclamation of databases, the definition of unambiguous standards and the metadata systematic acts. The outcome is a sworn database, capable of supporting audits, reporting and strategic decisions.
In the centre is a interoperable platform unifying areas assets, management and maintenance. Integration with third-party applications safeguards previous investments and enables secure and tracked information exchanges.
I unified portals, designed with an approach user-centric, allow offices and citizens to interact with clear procedures and monitored response times. The continuous feedback fuels process improvement and external transparency.
Shared guidelines and operational priorities govern field activities, enhancing technologies BIM, point clouds e DWG. The surveys produced are consistent, reusable and directly integrated into management and maintenance flows.
The project has put online a public front-end which allows the map consultation of capital assets, improving transparency and accessibility. In parallel, the REFTree platform for a unified management assets, management and maintenance. On the document digitisation front, concrete KPIs were achieved, testifying to a wealth of information that is now structured, searchable and governable:
Centralise data e processes with REFTree and operational apps. Enable data-driven decisions, compliance continuous and more transparent services for citizens and offices.
