Per questo motivo abbiamo sviluppato un sistema per la gestione delle fasi di STIPULA di NUOVI RAPPORTI DI LOCAZIONE, di FIRMA DIGITALE degli atti e della susseguente ARCHIVIAZIONE ELETTRONICA.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il servizio consente di:
\u2013 selezionare la tipologia di contratto ed i vari allegati ad esso correlati;\u200b
\u2013 generare automaticamente il modello contrattuale e tutti gli allegati sulla base di standard condivisi con il Cliente;\u200b
\u2013 allegare ulteriori file (ad es. APE ecc.), parti integranti del contratto;\u200b
\u2013 generare i PDF\/A necessari alla successiva registrazione presso l\u2019AdE;\u200b
\u2013 inoltrare via mail a ciascun firmatario le comunicazioni per abilitare il soggetto alla firma;\u200b
\u2013 controllare, tramite una specifica Dashboard dedicata, le fasi del processo;
