{"id":1264,"date":"2020-08-03T13:54:56","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T13:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.92.12.131:20780\/?p=1264"},"modified":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","slug":"ater-umbria-utilizza-ref","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www-test.idearespa.eu\/fr\/ater-umbria-utilizza-ref\/","title":{"rendered":"ATER Umbria utilise REF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le partenariat entre CASA ATC Servizi Srl, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 interne de l'ATC du Pi\u00e9mont central, et IdeaRE a permis \u00e0 l'ATER de l'Ombrie de choisir et d'utiliser REF comme outil pour simplifier, standardiser et num\u00e9riser les processus afin de soutenir la gestion de son patrimoine immobilier de logements r\u00e9sidentiels publics (Erp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche progressive, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de l'activit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l'informatisation des processus immobiliers et la d\u00e9termination des informations sur les donn\u00e9es de base des utilisateurs (m\u00e9nages), les baux et le statut des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, afin de s'assurer que l'autorit\u00e9 est en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux obligations et au r\u00f4le qui lui sont assign\u00e9s dans la gestion de ses actifs immobiliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 en plusieurs zones de gestion :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion des actifs ERP et locaux commerciaux<\/li><li>Gestion des relations avec les utilisateurs pour tous les types d'actifs<\/li><li>Calcul de la redevance selon la loi r\u00e9gionale en vigueur<\/li><li>Gestion de tr\u00e9sorerie<\/li><li>Gestion du cr\u00e9dit<\/li><li>Gestion de la maintenance<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La partnership tra CASA ATC Servizi Srl, societ\u00e0 in house di ATC del Piemonte Centrale, e IdeaRE ha permesso all\u2019ATER dell\u2019Umbria di scegliere e utilizzare REF quale strumento di semplificazione, standardizzazione e digitalizzazione dei processi a supporto della gestione del proprio patrimonio immobiliare di Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica (Erp).
